Today is the annual "Day of the Bear", a day for Baylor students to relax and take a break from the stresses of the semester.

Sic 'em!
Sic 'em!

Boy, was this needed. I cannot speak for my fellow students, but this semester has been super busy and a day off is much appreciated! Because today is a school holiday, there aren't any sports happening, so let's celebrate the greatest mascot in the world, the bear!

Okay, Some Sports...

But first, let's celebrate how well the Bears did at the College Slam Dunk & 3-Point Championships.

I love how genuine Coach Drew's excitement for his players is. You can criticize his coaching all you want, but you can't deny he loves his players.

No. 17 Women's Tennis went on the road to Houston and gutted out a seventh-match victory to secure the W over No. 21 Rice.

Baylor Fútbol has had a very successful spring so far, having conceded exactly zero goals! The young team has gained valuable game experience and will hopefully head into the new season with confidence.

Bears, Osos, Bären, and Ours

Today is the perfect day to begin a new, bear-centric, tradition.

Challenge accepted. As this is the day of the bear, y'all are about to be treated to some epic bear-ness. And so, I present...

The Daily Bear

Ask, and ye shall receive.

Now, what kind of Baylor student would I be if I did not include the "Patron Saint(s) of all Baylordom" in the inaugural Daily Bear? Without further ado, here are our lovely Lady and Joy!
