Serial - The Texas Tech Edition

Jerome Miron-USA TODAY Sports

If you have paid attention to the recruiting sphere in the last few days, you know things have gotten … interesting … to say the least. This is particularly true within the Texas Tech fan base where it seems they have a lot of strange theories as to why recruits might flip to Baylor. It is also apparent that a portion of Texas Tech fans believe they can say whatever they want without ramifications, but that is neither here nor there. It is not my intent to start some sort of fight between Baylor and Texas Tech fans, but rather to simply point out the hilarity of conspiracy theories surrounding where 17 and 18 year old kids go to college.

Also of note: If you have not checked out the podcast Serial as a supplement to your Our Daily Podcast listening, you should definitely do it.

"Every now and then, you stumble across evidence that just completely turns your world upside down. A small bit of information, a clue, a misprint in the paper. Does it mean anything? Probably not. Will we find out it means nothing? Probably. So does that mean Baylor is comprised of a bunch of cheaters? Absolutely.

You see, Art Briles is a liar and a cheat. Let me play you the audio file."
