Tonight, your SEVENTH ranked Baylor Bears take the floor against the ninth ranked Iowa State Cyclones. The HD trucks from ESPN couldn't make it so you'll be stuck watching on ESPN2 in standard definition. If I could, I would make all of the text on this page just a little blurry to help you adjust.
Reasons you might be hopeful for a win.
A) Iowa State has yet to face a team with as formidable a front court as we have, and they do not have a guy in the rotation playing who is above 6'7" B) Kenny Chery is just sneaky good. C) Rico Gathers is pulling down offensive rebounds like they are nothing and D) Isaiah Austin is learning how to control a game and finally E) I got all the way to "E" without mentioning Cory Jefferson
Reasons you might expect a loss.
A) Baylor turns the ball over every fifth time down the floor. B) Iowa State is a good three point shooting team and our best defense is a modified 2-3 zone. C) Baylor has never won in Ames and that did not go well for the football team in Stillwater. D) Four guys average double figures for Iowa State: Melvin Ejim, DeAndre Kane, Dustin Hogue and Georges Niang.
All that to say ... Sic 'Em Bears! Join us in the comments! More info/links previews below before the game starts:
