Fiesta Bowl: Baylor Bears vs. UCF Knights | Game Thread 2

Baylor trails 28-20 at halftime after an up-and-down first half that saw the defense produce 3 turnovers and the offense capitalize on just one. Both QBs have struggled a bit, actually.

Casey Sapio-USA TODAY Sports

After a start that saw the Baylor defense get pushed around two drives in a row, the Bears stiffened on that side of the ball, producing 3 turnovers in just 3 plays. The offense has mostly misfired, however, unable to take advantage of the opportunities provided. In almost every respect, the first half was decidedly subpar from a team that came into the game as a 17-point favorite.

Baylor gets the ball after the half. Hopefully, we will have remembered how to tackle in the break.
