Merry Christmas from OurDailyBears!

I think I speak for everyone here at ODB when I say that we hope you and yours have a wonderful Christmas!

Every now and then, the advantages of being a blog focused on a small private school in Central Texas become even more apparent.  Christmas is one of those times.  Instead of having to write a post saying Happy Holidays and skirting around why we actually put up Christmas trees and exchange presents, I can say here, to this audience, that it is because of the coming of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  Merry Christmas, everybody!

I don't expect much of a crowd on the board today for obvious reasons.  Those who do come around, feel free to share your favorite Christmas memories, traditions, movies, etc.  What makes Christmas special for you and your family?  If you are a young parent or adult, what are you doing to make your own traditions?

And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.
