My new commute to work is less of a drive and more of a crawl, so to pass the time, I don't pay attention to the road and I look at my phone. And I found something new on this fresh, crisp November morning.
Apparently, November is #NaNoWriMo, or National Novel Writing Month. The entire month of November, a bunch of people... I don't know, write novels or something.
That being said, the weird Twitter comedy crowd (and to some extent the sports community) got a hold of the Twitter hashtag and made it weird:
Well I was actually going to post some examples here, but none of them are SFW enough. Just go search on twitter for #NaNoWriMoOpeners and thank/blame me later.
I decided to take it in a different direction:
As Tevin crossed the goal line, he looked back. The entire field of defenders was on fire. It was his fault. Not again... #NaNoWriMoOpeners

Art looked down @ his full sleeve tattoos. "Not today," he mumbled, "...not today." Art slipped on the LS shirt and left. #NaNoWriMoOpeners

Kaz stood next to the pile of bodies holding the rolled up newspaper, "Gun fights are for yo' momma". #NaNoWriMoOpeners
