Pierre Jackson is also looking for his 27th game in double figures and his 31st straight game with a three-pointer. Class of 2014 tight-end Koda Martin has Baylor in his top three, currently, with the Bears recruiting him as a defensive end. The talented junior likes having options, as his other two schools have him at two different positions, and has had scholarship offers from Baylor, Oklahoma, and Texas A&M.
Baylor Softball earned another national ranking this past week, tying for 22nd in the ESPN/USA Softball Collegiate Top 25 preseason poll. The Lady Bears advanced to the NCAA Regionals last year, and return 10 letterwinners, including All-American pitcher Whitney Canion.
Baylor Baseball's Meet the Team Dinner is on February 11th, this year, as part of the festivities kicking off the 2013 season.
