RGIII vs. the New Orleans Saints GDT

I don't know how active this will be with most of our community engaged in other places, but I figured we could use a place to talk about RGIII's first real NFL game!

The game starts in almost exactly 40 minutes live from the Superdome in New Orleans. Virtually everyone has a preview up about this game, but ESPN's is one of the best. SI.com offers more than just graphics, as well. The information from NFL.com skews partially to the inane -- not sure what Rex Grossman's stats have to do with anything since he won't even be active today-- though you can't really blame them.

SB Nation's Washington Redskins blog, HogsHaven, has quite a bit of information available on this game. It's almost like the Redskins are their team and they love them. Their Sloppy Firsts (predictions) are particularly good, as is the Open Thread where all Redskins-related information is being deposited. For those that, like me, know nothing about the Redskins other than that they have RGIII, the game preview, sponsored by Verizon!, is definitely also worth a read.

According to the latest line I can find, the Redskins are +7.5 in this game. That's typically not a good sign, even if you assume the Home Team gets 3 points on a normal line. Winning this game would be quite the feat.
