Daily Bears Report: 09.21.2012 (GAME DAY!)

There's so much green and gold across campus today. It's wonderful.

In case you missed it, here's the recap of everything ODB's had this week in relation to tonight's game against ULM. And in case you missed that, Baylor plays ULM tonight at 7:00 PM on ESPN, so that's really what you should be doing tonight. Baylor's defense "bears watching" in story headed by a horrifically punny line, and did you remember that Baylor's got this whole winning streak thing still going? Yeah, and tonight they look to keep going in a game that promises to be fast paced and (probably) high scoring. Here's the official in-game blog, and though I've linked the official preview before, it's worth relinking. Terrance Williams will hopefully get the chance to shine tonight, though you'll never catch him saying anything about it.

Baylor Men's Basketball is number 17 according to AthlonSports' glowing preseason preview. They go as far as to say that if everything goes right, Baylor could very well be in the mix to knock Kansas off the conference championship dias. Keep in mind, this is after losing three top performers to graduation/the NBA draft.

Baylor Men's Tennis hosts the Baylor HEB Intercollegiate as their season opener this weekend here at the Hurd Tennis Center. Three players ranked in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association's national preseason rankings will be competing in the tournament, including Baylor's 7th ranked Mate Zsiga.

25th ranked Baylor Soccer opens Big 12 play this week with a game at Oklahoma tonight, and returns to Waco on Sunday to face Stephen F. Austin. The Bears lead the league with seven shutouts and has allowed only 4 goals against them the whole season.

This might be the best "This Week in Gifs" yet, and it doesn't even include any gifs of Astros. This is a rarity, but don't let that stop you from clicking on the link. Do it. The rest of your day will be improved.

[Note by Aqua, 09/21/12 10:51 AM CDT ] There's a TON of stuff from the WacoTrib today, but I'll just throw it below the jump.
