It's been a few days since we had a proper DBR and there is plenty to report. Now that the calendar has rolled over into March, Men's and Women's basketball will take center stage with the conference tournament that starts tomorrow for both teams and the NCAA tournaments coming up after that. It is surely an exciting time to be alive!

Before we get to the Baylor links, let's cover the Big XII action from tonight so we know a little more about where our teams stand when they start play tomorrow. On the women's side, 10-seed Missouri upset 7-seed Oklahoma State tonight. Missouri now plays 3-seed Oklahoma tomorrow. Texas Tech demolished Texas in the other game of the evening to earn the right to play our own Lady Bears tomorrow afternoon at 1:30 PM.

9-seed Texas A&M knocked off 8-seed Oklahoma in the early game tonight of the men's bracket. The second game of that bracket between #7 Oklahoma State and #10 Texas Tech (those are seeds, just so nobody gets confused) is still going as I type this, but it looks like OSU is going to win. They should, anyway. Neither of these games alters Baylor's chances in the tournament significantly. Kansas will probably kill Texas A&M tomorrow, anyway, to face the winner of the Baylor-Kansas State game.

Speaking of that game... (hit the jump)

Baylor Men's Basketball:

To change things up from the normal routine, we're going to start with the MBB team tonight and their game tomorrow morning at 11:30 against Kansas State. The Game Thread for that game will go up at 11:00 AM.
