Baylor Big 12 Regular Season Recap: Games

Here is a look back on some of Baylor's noteworthy wins and losses during Big 12 Conference play.

Best Game: Feb. 13 vs. Iowa State, 79-64

Although Baylor went on to lose to Iowa State in the final game of the season, Baylor's home game against Iowa State was one of the team's most complete games of the season. The Bears had come off two losses to Kansas and Missouri and needed a win for a confidence boost. Baylor was 60 percent from the field and never trailed. The Bears also had 24 assists and only eight turnovers. Perry Jones III had 18 points and 7 rebounds. Quincy Miller also contributed 16 points.

Most Exciting Game: Jan. 10 at Kansas State, 75-73

This game was back and forth, with both teams going on big runs. The game came down to the final shot, in which Baylor stripped Kansas State with three seconds left on the clock.

Worst Loss: Feb. 8 vs. Kansas, 68-54

Though all of Baylor's losses were not pretty, I think the one at home vs. Kansas was the worst. Baylor shot only 37 percent from the field and Perry Jones III only contributed five points. Baylor led for most of the first half, but Kansas took the lead with 52 seconds left in the first half and never looked back.

What do you think was Baylor's best game, most exciting game and worst loss in Big 12 Conference play?
