Quick notes this morning: Studying, sadly, preempts sports.
First, Texas A&M wide receiver Thomas Johnson was found safely in Dallas this morning, after being reported missing since Monday.
Baylor Football takes on Kansas State this weekend at Floyd Casey Stadium hoping to upset the no. 1 team in the country and the supposed Heisman frontrunner. The Bears' offense, which plays better than the team's record, hopes to overcome defensive struggles, in part with Lache Seastrunk's talented (and Texan) help. Baylor fans can help by packing the "Case," cheering for their team, and finding some optimism in the last part of the season.
Baylor Men's Basketball is in Charleston today, and will play Boston College in the first game of the ESPN Charleston Classic at 2:00 PM today. Pierre Jackson is among the top eight players to watch for the tournament, and Baylor is the favorite to win.
Baylor Women's Basketball is in Hawaii after defeating Kentucky to take part in the Rainbow Wahine Tournament this weekend. The Lady Bears face Final Four opponent Stanford in the first round tomorrow night. This match will sadly not be televised, but the Baylor WBB twitter will most likely carry updates.
