There is a ton of noise in these numbers, because it is so early in the season, but here are a few key things to focus on:
- Rebounding Baylor shots - Baylor has been great this year rebounding its own misses, while SDSU has done a great job keeping its opponents out of second chance opportunities.
- Baylor getting to the foul line - Baylor has been great this year at creating contact and getting free throw opportunities, while SDSU has been one of the least foul-prone teams in the country.
- SDSU shooting - SDSU is off to a decent start shooting the ball this year, but Baylor has been very effective in harassing its opponents shots.
- Ball protection - both teams have been net positive in turnover margin this year.
