Because of the near-certainty that the Duke-Cincinnati game is going to go over its allotted time, the kickoff for the Holiday Bowl has already been moved back 5 minutes. I wouldn't be surprised if it is moved back even more. The first half of the Belk Bowl took 2.5 hours.
UPDATE: Adam Kaye said on twitter that the game can't be moved back any more than 9 CST and would likely start on a separate channel if the Belk Bowl continues to run over.
