Winds are supposedly quite high for the game starting in ~20 minutes. If anything, this could help Baylor equalize things a bit by slowing down the high-flying Sooner passing offense.

Weather Underground says winds are a constant 13 mph as of this writing, but that's in Norman itself, not out at the stadium.
