Joining the ranks of Baylor legends Bill Glass, Mike Singletary, and Daniel Sepulveda, Terrance Williams was named a unanimous All-American today by the Football Writers Association of America.

Broken record time! Williams made the first team as one of only two receivers with USC's Marqise Lee while Richardson made the second team at guard.

Terrance Williams named SportingNews All-American
Williams is the lone Big 12er on the exclusive list, headlined by Texas A&M's Johnny Manziel, and one of only two WRs to make the cut, the other being USC's Marqise Lee. Congratulations, Terrance!

AP Honors 11 Bears on All-Big 12 Team
Separate and distinct from the voting done by the conference itself, the AP today named 11 Bears to All-Big 12 teams, including 2 (Richardson and Williams) on the first team and 3 (Hager, Lackey, and Wade) on the second.

In addition to its three individual award winners, Baylor put 15 different players on the All-Big 12 teams announced a few moments ago, including two on the First Team in OG Cyril Richardson and WR Terrance Williams.

Cyril Richardson named Big 12 OL of the Year
Rebuilding the offensive line has long been one of Art Briles' priorities at Baylor, and that effort took another step today with the recognition received by OG Cyril Richardson, who is a junior this season.
