Baylor Men's Basketball looks to end their cold streak, soccer receives a new facility, and some wonderfully horrible fashion decision were made. It's the Tuesday Daily Bears Report!
In Season: Men's and Women's Basketball

No panic yet, but Baylor men's clock ticking - WTH
The Men's Basketball team, despite what I said yesterday, plays TODAY at 6:00. The Bears will look to end their longest losing streak since 2009. They will take on West Virginia, whose lone win in the last five conference games came at home versus Tech. However, the Mountaineers did only lose by one to OSU in Morgantown. If Baylor underestimates the 'eers, Baylor fans will be walking out of the Ferrell Center with little to look forward to.
Based on the answers I received yesterday, a win may not provide the momentum necessary to propel the Bears over their next two opponents, OSU and Kansas, but this is college basketball, and anything can happen. Right now though, I can't imagine many Baylor fans or players are focused on anything but West Virginia. If there is such a thing as a "must-win" game, this is it.
Isaiah Austin recently revealed his blindness in his right eye on ESPN (if you haven't seen the video, stop what you are doing and go watch: No Excuses). Waco Trib's John Werner reports that Austin has been floored by support from well-wishing Baylor fans. For all the inconsistencies that sometime plague the young man, I think all of us agree that we as Baylor fans are extremely proud to call him our own, and we have the utmost respect for Austin for battling through an injury that would humble a normal man.
Additionally, it looks like Coach Briles stopped by yesterday to inspire the basketball team.

Nina Davis Earns WBB Freshman of the Week Honors - BaylorBears.com
This is Davis' fourth Freshmen of the Week honor. She currently has the most FoW honors to her name in the Big 12.
Tickets for bus trips to Women's away game are available.
Off Season: Football and Baseball
It's pretty quite on the football front today. So let's look at the stadium some more!

I'm in agreement with Smoak on this one:
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>Sounds like <a href="https://twitter.com/search?q=%23Baylor&src=hash">#Baylor</a>'s junior day was a success despite a lack of commits. Best of the Rest
The biggest news from yesterday is the announcement of the Williams Family Soccer and Olympic Sports Center. As someone who is a big fan of football proper, this is great news for our "futbol" program, as they call themselves on Twitter.

With only nine days until Sochi, news about the Olympics is all over. All of the news about the Games pales in comparison to this:
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>Mexico will only have one Winter Olympian. Just look at that uniform. It is amazing.
Alright, this next one is pretty cool too:

I'll just leave this next one here without comment:

Today is Media Day for the Super Bowl. All you need to know can be found on the Mothership's hub.
On a more serious note, yesterday was the anniversary of the plane crash that killed ten people involved with the Oklahoma State basketball team. All of us at Baylor remember our own Immortal Ten; they are the Immortal Ten of Oklahoma State. I humbly ask that you keep all of those involved in your thoughts and prayers.
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>Our thoughts & prayers are with our friends at Oklahoma State. <a href="https://twitter.com/search?q=%23RememberTheTen&src=hash">#RememberTheTen</a> MT <a href="https://twitter.com/OSUAthletics">@OSUAthletics</a> We will remember. <a href="http://t.co/VNCx6h3BI5">pic.twitter.com/VNCx6h3BI5</a></p>— Baylor University (@Baylor) <a href="https://twitter.com/Baylor/statuses/427934930346057728">January 27, 2014</a></blockquote>
