On the strength of Friday night's win in Monroe over the ULM Warhawks and with the benefit of losses by several teams above them, the Baylor Bears moved into the AP Top 25 this week for the first time in the 2012 season. That makes us the 6th Big XII team in the rankings this week behind:
7 -- Kansas St. Wildcats
9 -- West Virginia Mountaineers
12 -- Texas Longhorns
15 -- TCU Horned Frogs
16 -- Oklahoma Sooners
25 -- Baylor Bears
I'm a bit surprised that OU fell so far, but I don't think it's egregious. Other than that, ok. Congratulations, Bears!
