This means quite a bit for the construction of the Baylor Stadium and the relationship between Baylor and the Waco community. It is hoped that the stadium will provide a jumpstart for urban renewal and the development of riverside properties. The funds also increase the likelihood of construction being completed by the stated date of 2014.
