27. Houston Texans -- Terrence Williams, WR, Baylor
A taller version of Kendall Wright. He won't have Robert Griffin III throwing him the ball, but Baylor will still move the chains in the defensively challenged Big 12.
28. Chicago Bears -- Cyril Richardson, OT, Baylor
Baylor has produced two first-rounders on the offensive line over the last three years -- Jason Smith and Danny Watkins -- and Richardson could be better than both of them.
— That is from SI.com's first 2013 NFL Mock Draft. William's placement is hardly unexpected given the press he's received, but Richardson's is considering he is only a junior this season with one year as a starter. Underclassmen OL typically stay through their eligibility.
The duo of A&M OTs at #2 overall and #17 is also fairly interesting. Joeckel and Matthews, like Richardson, are only juniors this season and have made no hints that they might leave. Unlike Richardson, however, both started from the moment they set foot on campus and thus have two full years under their belts. While a recruiting coup unlike any I can imagine, losing both in the same year would be quite a blow to A&M in their second year in the SEC.
