I criticized our AD for years for the stupid decisions they would make and the complete lack of anything resembling forward thinking. You can't do that now. From the RG3forHeisman campaign to things as simple as having posters like this to help in recruiting, they have been absolutely lights-out in 2011-2012.

I was worse than you, I didn’t give him a fair chance.
At the WBB Final Four in Indianapolis, I was talking with a ranking Big XII official and the subject got around to Dodds and Castiglione and I complained that we hired a yankee geek SID and those guys were gonna’ clean our clock. Being a Red Sox geek (can’t bring myself to say that I’m a yankee in any form), I know one when I see one. The official nodded, knowingly and now she’s a dummy too!

You think we will stop hearing the "We need a football guy to be AD."?
I have no idea how much Ian makes but I think he probably needs a raise.
